Return Policy & Eligibility

For original manufacturer brand (OEM) ink, toner, and office supplies:

  • Unopeneddefective or damaged products may be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
  • Opened OEM cartridges are non-refundableunless they are defective.
  • No returns or refunds are accepted after 15 days.

Incorrectly Ordered Products & Lost Packages

  • Opened items that were ordered incorrectly cannot be returned. Please verify printer models and part numbers before opening the product.
  • Any issues related to missing items, incorrect shipments, or lost packages must be reported within 15 days of purchase to qualify for a replacement.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item and it is unopened and in sellable condition, we will exchange it for the correct product or offer a refund. Please contact customer service at shop@1800officesolutions.comfor assistance.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges arenon-refundable, except in cases of a packing error.
  • A prepaid return label may be provided at our discretion depending on the reason for return.
